BENDING PLATE

REMINDERS

“ This shows us how to bend plate properly, by using a bending
machine and it’s proper setting. ”

The first step is to open the machine, using the button ( ON ),
press it on and then we can already use the machine to bend the
plate. First we should set the machine according to the size of our
sample piece needed. The manual guide have a two arrows the right
arrow and the left arrow, the left arrow is the automatic (it makes the
bending machine moves faster to bend plate.) After turning on the
machine, turn on the right arrow to set the bending machine on a
manual position ( it is the controller of the speed that makes the
bending machine to move slowly.)to make sure and get the assurance
and safeties in setting the bending machine.

--->The manual is very important when we are setting different kinds
of machine it helps the machine to operate properly.

--->Reminders in Proper Setting of the Bending Machine

1.) Press the button on and always turn the right arrow for the
manual position.

2.) The blade and the die must be at the desire center point.

3.) The blade and the die must be properly tightened.

4.) Layout the plate and put it between the die and the blade.

5.) Bend the plate slightly into it’s desire measurement and press
the button off to become much safer.

6.) Assemble the two middle back stopper to guide the layout plate
and to get the exact measurement needed.

7.) Bend a scrap plate to check the exact elevation of the die and
to know it’s degree.

8.) If there’s an error at the one side, just put or add some piece of
paper or metal plate under the die to become level and adjust
the controller.

9.) After you get the exact level of the die, bend it into it’s desire
degree and we can change the machine into automatic
position to operate faster.
